Chicken Licken

Quite often I get asked "don't you ever get sick of chicken?" The answer is quite simply ''no''. There is so much you can do with chicken and today I'm sharing one of my favourite recipes. I have lots of recipes so I'll try to share more on here, or if you contact me and ask me nicely, I'll send you them all in a nice PDF file.

Warren Klein
I am very fortunate to be sponsored by Warren and Deb who own Dinsdale Poultry & Seafood. Their store supplies quite a lot of the Hamilton restaurants and their stock is extremely fresh and also better value than the supermarket.

They are currently expanding to incorporate a butchery in store in about 6 weeks, with a great new name, which I can't share just yet because of branding.

In store there is a great selection of chicken products, today I found Warren preparing Cream Cheese & Apricot stuffed chicken (yum!), and they also stock pig happy (free range) pork & bacon.

Paprika Baked Chicken...

1/4 cup flour 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp curry powder 2 tsp garlic salt.

Mix all together. Place chicken on a baking sheet.

Using a seive, shake the mixture onto chicken. Bake at 180c till cooked. Serve.

I usually make a large batch of the mix and keep it stored in an airtight container. Too easy!
